Bring a water bottle and yoga mat or blanket to sit and lie on if you want to rest during or after the dance.

Feel free to carpool from town.

Dance for Life / liberating dance is, simply put, the dance and the movements that exist naturally within you.
They can be attracted by the power and rhythm of the music.
You dance your dance your way. There is no choreography, no right or wrong.
It becomes a kind of meditation in motion.
