To be true to who we are, individually and as humanity. Who have I come here to be?

The way we see ourselves and the world is what will change the world and create a new foundation for life on this planet.

In these days of such great change and transformation throughout the planet due to a constant influx of very high frequency universal energies, it is so important to be able to be present in our inner truth. It will help us through many challenging experiences. I am told in my meditations that everything is for "good", but first all "darkness" must be released - which is happening now - everywhere and in all of us.

Dancing through the Waves, the 5 Rhythms, will give us opportunities to meet our inner Leader/Our Truth in an accepting and loving way and create new relationships to who we really are and who we are as humanity.

And this everyone does for themselves and together on the dance floor. We open our bodies to dance freely. Each rhythm activates the energy in its own way in our bodies, and through attention we can gain new insights about ourselves.

1. the rhythm (Flow): What do I experience in me now, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

2. the rhythm (Stackato): What do I need to express, "unload", do, get in touch with, create the opportunity for co-creation with – – -.

3. the rhythm (Chaos). To unite opposites in me so I find the unit, "The Unified Consciousness field" in me.

4. the rhythm (Lyric). Dancing in this new energy so my whole body and my whole system gets it.

5. the rhythm (Silence). To be with and embody what is now.

Kostnad: SEK 350, SEK 300 if you also take part in the workshop

Times - workshop:

Saturday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m

Sunday: 10 – 17
