We welcome you to a wonderful afternoon with dance, laughter yoga and community.
We start by heating the body with liberating dance and then continues with laughter yoga and then a relaxation.
We end with sharing and coffee with raw food balls and coffee/ tea together.

Releasing dance can easily be expressed as the dance and the movements that exist naturally within you, and which are attracted by the power and rhythms of music.
You dance your dance your way. There is no choreography, no right or wrong.

Laughter yoga gives an instant boost of both joy and relaxation! It is very simple and nothing is needed more than curiosity, openness and of course the laugh! We do simple playful laughter exercises in groups interspersed with deep breathing where we let go of laughter to attract the natural laugh. The great thing about the melody is that the brain cannot distinguish between what is "real" laughter and pretend laughter and the amazing effects become the same in the body and the mind. Research has shown that laughter yoga, among other things, lowers the pulse, provides improved breathing, pain relief, better blood circulation, stress reduction and relaxation, among other things!
