For the fourth year in a row kept this popular course at Shard Farm. Here you will learn how you can pick from the wild plants that grow in our nature and make really good food and drink to them. And it does not stop with nettle and ground elder, but here I'll take you out of little more unusual plants as well, those that can spruce up the salad, omelette, soup, bread, etc.

We start at. 12 with a lunch (may be purchased at the Shard or included). Then we go on an excursion and you'll learn about a variety of edible - and some you should beware - plants. Then we divide ourselves into groups and pick plants to cook a really good, lovely and very different buffet.
