We read and talk about some of the last lectures Martinus gave before his transition to the spiritual plane in 1981. There he speaks, among other things. about forgiveness as the basis of a new world culture, about the importance of getting used to criticizing and being impatient with one's neighbor, about universal love, about the golden glory that exists in all living beings, about the new energy of the future and that we will have Christ politics on earth in 500 years.

We will also do some Qigong exercises to strengthen the vitality of body and soul - for those who want.
