We live on Skärva farm and train in the newly built Solsalen

with lovely wooden floor and doors open to the garden.

In beautiful weather even on the lawn.

We start the day with Qigong and then Tai Chi

both for those who have trained in the first part of the form

and for those who know the whole form

- adapted to each one.
