Tai Chi Summer Course with Anne Külper

August 10-13 – Thursday evening to Sunday after lunch

We start the day with Qigong and then Tai Chi - short Yang form

for those who have practiced the first part of the form and for those who can

the whole form – adapted to each.

WE train in Solsalen, in good weather also outdoors.

Max 9 participants.
