Vitality and health

In traditional Chinese medicine, they talk a lot about life force and how to strengthen it. But what is vitality? Here, in his spiritual science, Martinus provides a deep understanding of our non-physical electrical structure, our entire field of consciousness, and how our thoughts are the most important thing when it comes to creating health for body and soul.

The speaker is Rune Östensson, who has worked in microbiology, hygiene and research for 30 years and since 2006 has worked with health analyzes with ES TECK, lifestyle advice, diet and nutritional advice. Rune has been well versed in Martinus' spiritual science for at least 40 years and is an experienced lecturer.
