We read selected texts from the eternal worldview 5 by Martinus, about the importance of thoughts and diets for our health. We also look at the Martinus symbols about our microcosm and the innermost beings of the nutrition. Martinus really gives us a whole new view of illness and healing and we deepen the understanding of this cosmic view through reading and conversation.

Anne leads qigong exercises to strengthen and balance the vitality QI-the body's own self-healing power.

Rune also talks about the new biology and how to look at diseases from a holistic perspective and provides practical tips in diet and nutrition.

There will also be a lot of time for togetherness and walks in the beautiful nature, etc.
