Workshop: Creative vegetarian and vegan cooking at Skärva Gård (1.5 hours)

Enjoyment of food, well-being, love and creativity! In this theoretical workshop we will 'cook' without a kitchen. Through various exercises and theory, we discover together the basis of vegetarian and vegan cooking. We also explore how we can play with different taste groups, nutrition, textures and how we can create a meal (or even buffet) that is cohesive, nutritious, balanced and tastes good. Both for everyday life and for festive occasions.
