Course at Skärva farm 25-27 sept. and 2-4 Oct.
Give your body another chance with anti-inflammatory and green food - a course for you who want to prevent disease or regain new strength. We collect raw materials directly from Skärva's garden. Come hungry!
The course is Covid-adapted. A lot of preparations are made outdoors, we are helped to keep our distance and everyone gets their own tools to move / take food with. Hand alcohol on site, of course. Everyone should feel free to use a mask, if they want to.
- Healthy preparation of foods such as sprouting, lactic acid, drying, steaming, making smoothies and shots, salads, stir-fries and cakes without added sugar.
- You learn theory about anti-inflammatory diet and about nutrients in green food. We use whole, unprocessed raw materials.
- You get personal support to start changing your lifestyle.
Weekend course of 20 study hours for SEK 1,500 plus ingredients for SEK 350.

Course leader is Ulla-Mir Renöfält, former music and drama teacher with a lifelong interest in health. She has led many courses and has more than 40 years of experience in plant-based diets.
